In Wizard City, Colossus Boulevard and Crab Alley give more experience, but there are battles where you fight two monsters instead of one, so they will be a little bit harder than the other Wizard City battles. At the lower levels, it is quicker and easier to level up so you will be able to get these relatively quickly by doing your main quests, and maybe a few profitable side quests that give a lot of experience for your level. Adapt is a possibility if you learned Empowerment, but it does not come in handy nearly enough, so it's a toss-up.You can earn training points in Wizard101 simply by leveling up.įor every 4 levels from levels 1–20, you will receive one training point. I can't think of anything else really useful for Death. Shadow Shrike is universally loved for a reason - learn it.Īrcanum gives you Aegis, Indemnity, Frenzy. Virulence, Sharpened Blade and Potent Trap are all a must. At least it does not waste your blades, unlike Empower.Īzteca brings the next big improvement to your arsenal of spells. Empowerment is another interesting idea - this will let you can your Scarecrows in much quicker successions if you time it right, and get you pips for a Reshuffle if you go that way. I can imagine why would one learn Fortify - Death needs longer setup before hitting, and taking less damage while you are still casting blades and Feints can be nice. Besides, Berserk leads to Frenzy much later on. Still, I like the idea of learning Berserk - Death can afford it (so can Ice and Life, in my view). You will definitely learn Virulence in Azteca, so you don't have to grab any damage auras. Definitely the full damage enchantment line from Strong to Colossal (Epic, much later on). Once you hit Celestia and beyond, you start learning astral spells. I personally like Reshuffle - this is a debatable choice, if you like long decks better, don't bother, just carry a couple of TC Reshuffle in the sideboard. I would definitely learn Spirit Blade, probably Spirit Trap too.

Really depends on whether you are meticulous enough in earning your training points - Zeke and other side quests and crafting (for Celestia points). Strictly PvE makes Ice to Tower completely unnecessary, though you might still choose to spend 5 points. Death does not really care for other schools - you can easily hoard training points until the end of Dragonspyre.
